Manga Review: INSTANT TEEN just add nuts
I picked this up last night. It was a semi-spontaneous purchase. I had glanced at it before & since it was one of the few mangas NOT on my Xmas list (I hope they get me them for xmas) I bought it for fun.
It’s about a girl named Natsumi who’s in the 5th grade and wishes she was older because she gets treated as a “kid” too much & has a crush on an older hair stylist. She accidently receives special nuts that turn her into a beauty of 18 and all this crazy crap happens.
Okay, this manga is cute, but lacking too. The only character I really like is Asuma her childhood guy friend. I was kinda bummed out that the nuts “wear off” and that her guy friend has yet to eat any himself! Hahaha, but it’s okay. It’s cute and sweet how Natsumi is oblivious to her friend’s love for her.

That looks like a good manga, but the artwork seems awfully familiar. Is it by the same person as Full Moon wo Sagashite?
