This Jack-o-lantern is a mix between what I wanted and what Mike wanted. We turned his guts into yummy salted seeds

So last Tuesday I had my interview with NOAA. It went very well. They said I was perfect for the job. However it ended with them saying “Unfortunately, we are going through a long process of interviews. So you should hear from us in a few weeks. You’ll hear from us though!”
I got home and they had emailed me the official application which I faxed to them. I also mailed off (omfg I cannot blog with Mike around dancing for my full fuckin’ attention!!!!!! It’s like I have a 3 year old sometimes. Oh geez, now he’s “not talking to me” because I told him I need 15 minutes to blog!!!!!) Anyway, I mailed in my Thank You for the interview. That’s all I can do now. Just wait. however, I’ve had a few other offers for interviews come in so I’m going to go ahead and set up with these other companies and see what they are looking for. It’s weird waiting. These places spend months just interviewing before they can make an official decision. Sigh~ waiting blows. I need a career now! Hahahahaha.

I love how the orange eyes stand out in the pics. We took Kaylie to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday..she was so cute there. So we are going to carve ours tonight…yeah, I know…Halloween is tomorrow, lol.
Good luck with the other interviews but I hope you get the job with NOAA. I know, waiting does suck but hopefully it’s worth it in the end.

oh.my.god. I love home made salted pumpkin seeds. They are the ONE thing that makes me sad that I am away from home at halloween. ;_;!

It’s good that they said you were perfect for the job. That means you have a higher chance of getting it
