Bihada Ichizoku Products!

Monday, August 31st, 2009 | 34 Comments

Used a Bihada Ichizoku mask I bought while in Japan the other night during a sweat bath! So soothing~ It smells so fragrant and lady-like! Like a rich perfume! Of course it’s very moisturizing too
One of the best masks I’ve ever tried. Usually masks are all gooey and smell like cheese lotion or something (hahaha.) Also some masks make me break out but this one didn’t cause any inflammation. I feel I can safely use this brand without fear of zits!

美肌一族
[Bihada Ichizoku]

The sweat bath is on the right, not Bihada Ichizoku brand.

I also have the limited edition Tsubasa version that I’ve yet to touch because it’s so sacred to me, haahaa. Got it at SBY last year  I think I should use it soon though in case they go bad.

Now I can get more because Yesstyle has started selling their products! They already have quite a bit of Bihada Ichizoku products up now! I was so excited to see them up because they’re oh-so-popular and a bit hard to find online.

So I ordered some a couple of weeks ago and they came in today.

What I got

3 Year Anniversary Box set comes with:

DX Mask
Sara Moisturizing Mask
Saki Moisturizing Mask
Rumiko Moisturizing Mask
Gorgeous Lip Clear Gloss

I really want to order the Chocolate face mask! Looks so luxurious!

I did try out the blush tonight. It’s so pretty and highly pigmented! It blends easily so there’s no worry about applying too much and looking foolish. I’ve been wanting an orange-shade blush since last summer but I never found a shade I liked. This is perfect! I’ll take snaps next time with it on. Tonight it was after work and I look BLAH from yesterday’s intense music fest. I put it into my “daily makeup bag” already, haha. Definitely already a default favorite!

Lucky!! The local Japanese market by me doesn’t sell this brand. It only sells the really expensive face masks that aren’t as fun or cute.

I’ve always wanted to use masks but I can never get in the habit of it. I’m terrible about my own skincare even though I’m really into the products~~

BTW I love the rug or whatever that is that’s in the bg of your pics Looks comfy!

I really love the packaging on those~!
It helps that they’re effective too, no? haha~
I have trouble with facial masks too (stupid skin, ugh) but I am tempted to try those out!
It’s nice to see YesStyle expanding their inventory, haha

Hahaha, that’s funny that you deny your co-workers your online stuff. I’d probably do the same with mine if they asked, but they’re slightly inept so I doubt that’ll be happening anytime soon.

I love Japanese beauty products and even better their packaging.

I really enjoy going to Japanese supermarkets and looking in their cosmetics section! That blush looks really tempting, and now I want to go and find some new, good blush for myself.

Ooooooh choco mask? Sounds yummy haha xD

I love the way this brand’s packages are. I’ve always wanted to try it cause of the packaging.

I still have yet to try yesstyle. It’s just soo expensive… Sigh. Maybe I can one day.

They seriously sell just about all of that at a little store in Chinatown. The store isn’t dedicated to it, but I have seen most of that stuff there~

Oh nice!! Ever try any of the other stuff out?? The chinatown here is just restaurants and American stores. Very boring. :(

The packaging is just so adorable isn’t it? I don’t think I’ve ever worn blusher before - can you believe that? I wouldn’t know where to start!

I don’t think I started wearing blush till I was 23?? Which is a bit late I think. I wasn’t into it either since it seemed difficult not to look like a clown! But now it’s one of my favorite beauty tools!

The Bihada Ichizoku masks are highly raved I heard and Wei Son from Popteen loves it

But the prices on Yesstyle have been jacked up! It’s close to twice the amount! D:

Yea, most Japanese imports here are double. I often pay triple the yen price for a magazine depending on how poorly the US Dollar’s standing is at the time. It’s always at least double though~ Being in Japan was awesome because I’d get like 8 magazines on $50USD when at home that would only get me 3!!

Do the sweat baths actually work?
I just bought a few myself… but I dont no how to use it >

You’ll at least lose some water weight given the amount you sweat. Just fill your tub with hot water, add in the bath salt, stay in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Some sweat baths have instructions like stay in for 5, then get out and rest for 5 minutes, then get back in and repeat 3 or 4 times.

I look at sweat baths as more of a relaxing, therapeutic activity rather than guaranteed weight loss exercise.

It’s a nice way to have a change of pace with something as simple as shade!

They sell the 美肌一族 brand at my local Japanese supermarket. I love their cosmetics section, and I’ve always wanted to try it~ I get rather nervous when it comes to using masks.

But your short review makes me a lot more confident of this brand.
